A bit out of focus. Actually, no. It was taken through a window in the motel, looking out at the street through heavy rain, backed by puddles on the street. Reminds me street scenes painted in the 1880s, without being framed by a windshield and wipers, of course! The colors in this corner market were vivid in the gray light.

Apprentices start by landscaping for several years before being allowed to start in one of the wood shops. The grounds are peaceful, restful, full of zen. Nothing was in bloom, yet it was beautiful.
