Boys

For those of you commenting on how much the boys look alike…here’s a composite of Aaron, Frankie, Robby and Pete.

Edmund’s a Champion!!

Today Edmund officially became Champion FFT No Wine Before Its Time! The serious quest for his title began August 18…from start to finish less than two months. I’ve lost track of how many Champions Julie and I have bred and/or owned, but he’s the 13th Champion bred by Kaylee. Truely a team effort, Kaylee handled him to his second major, the weekend of the Twin Cities Lhasa Apso Specialties. Debby handled him the weekend of the Colorado Specialty. And, with the exception of Tammy handling him to his first point, Julie did the rest.

Am I excited? Yes! Edmund is classic in type and my favorite color. Red! I’m looking forward to him coming back to Colorado soon.

Zeke loves his goats!

zekegoat.jpg

This is Maggie, mother of the twins born earlier this year, finishing up in the milking shed, heading back to the goat pen.  Zeke always gives her a hug on the way out, and they interact for a minute or two.  They are good friends.  Maggie has never shown any fear of him; on the contrary, she was attracted to him from the beginning.  He loves to drink his bowl of warm Maggie Milk every morning, and lick our Goat Milk Ice Cream bowls in the evening.
