Katy Widger, a member of the East Mountain Artists Association, has three fiber art pieces in an upcoming show at
The Wooden Cow Gallery and Art Space, 7400 Montgomery Blvd., NE, Suite 20.
“Good, Good, Good Fibrations”
Reception for the artists is Friday, July 2, 2010 from 5PM to 8PMThe show runs from June 30 through July 16, 2010.
“Fiber Art weaves magic in a vast array of forms, from fun, wild, and contemporary to a multitude of fascinating cultural traditions. The Wooden Cow is dedicating the first two weeks of July to all the fabulous forms of fiber art.”

thanks for mentioning this, Debby! I don’t get a chance to show my fiber art very often, especially since I haven’t made any new pieces for about, gee, seven years now! I have three pieces in this show (some of my smaller ones), and got a chance to meet up with some fiber-artist acquaintances from years past.
