Debby on Ginny’s Black Bean Salsa

Okay…since this is the weekend to Catch Up, I’m going to break my one-new-blog-post-a-day and share, share, share! Last Saturday Ginny and Kim made a great dinner, complete with BBQ in the rain. Here’s the Black Bean Salsa recipe everyone requested:

    Looks like a great recipe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Will send it to Chris also…She loves beans!! OK, I feel left out…of the Lhasa community…I should move to Colorado huh? All of you people amaze me ….You are so talented…from spinning Apso yarn to cutting down trees and hauling the wood to having champion dogs..and showing them all around the country….I am proud to know all of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Love, Gail

    Ditto for what Gail Duboe said in her comment. I copied the receipe, but I think it will be too hot for me. I wish you would come to Philadelphia for a dog show when akc is here at the convention center.
